awarded one-star for the second consecutive year
in the Michelin Guide Beijing 2021.

京雅堂餐厅自2013年开业以来,赢得了北京这座大都会城市的众多美食家的青睐,成为北京烤鸭首选目的地。在过去的七年里,京雅堂得到了许多知名媒体的认可,并以极富创造性的中国地方美食赢得了当之无愧的声誉。以中式戏院风格装修为基调的京雅堂有着别样的中式风情,中心设计区域为公共用餐区,餐厅名字中的‘堂’取自中文‘厅堂’有广宴宾客,高朋满座之意。内部设计展现深浅不一的光漆颜色,同时具有紫红色和深橘色的细节及装饰性亮点可充分吸引客人目光。京雅堂在2020年及2021年《北京米其林指南》中获得米其林一星殊荣。
Jing Yaa Tang first opened its doors in 2013 and immediately became a favorite in the city for its Peking Duck and authentic regional takes on Chinese cuisine. Set within a striking contemporary Chinoiserie theatrical style design, the restaurant has a total of 155 seats and is open for lunch and dinner. Its interior also opens into a central social dining space or “Tang”, which is taken from the literal Chinese translation of hall. Jing Yaa Tang has been awarded a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Beijing 2020 and 2021.

京雅堂主厨李冬相信,
一个独特的烹饪体验建立在用心烹饪的基础上,
加之对细节的高度关注和个性化的服务。
这样才会为客人创造独一无二的难忘记忆。
他说:“烹饪可能是一门技术,
但是最终的体验并不单纯的关注于这项技术,
而是会延伸至思想和内心,渗透在食物的味道、
每一种呈现、每一口上桌的食物中。”
Chef Li Dong believes an exceptional culinary experience is founded upon cooking with intention as well as with heightened attention to detail and elevated personable service in order to create a one-of-a-kind memorable experience for guests. “Cooking may be technical, but the ultimate experience is not within the technicalities, but rather extends beyond into the thought and the heart that is instilled within each flavour, each presentation and each bite that is brought to the table.” says chef Li Dong.
